This is a builder role for a veterinarian who wants to help shape the future of the veterinary profession. Our client is building the next generation of veterinary medicine, combining clinical excellence, thoughtful clinic design, and AI-enabled operational infrastructure to reduce burnout and give veterinarians back control of their profession. Client is seeking a Chief Veterinary Officer / Founding Veterinary Partner to help design, build, and operate the first R D-focused veterinary clinic that will serve as the foundation for a new model of veterinary care. • Strong clinical experience (5+ years preferred) Passion for improving veterinary medicine Strong communication skills Leadership mindset Preferred Leadership or medical director experience Interest in innovation and technology Experience improving workflows or operations Entrepreneurial mindset Not required but valuable Experience in corporate veterinary medicine Multi-clinic experience Teaching or mentoring experience
