Our flagship Bingo Loco runs in 300+ cities and sells over 1 million tickets a year. We own and operate a growing portfolio of touring entertainment brands — including Electronic Orchestra and K-Pop Superstars — alongside a portfolio of club-format properties. We're building a format-led, brand-driven, operator-grade live entertainment company. The Role We're hiring a Head of Marketing to lead tour and brand marketing across the Locomotive portfolio — Bingo Loco, our touring brands (Electronic Orchestra, K-Pop Superstars, and more in development), and our club formats. This is a senior tour marketing seat with a portfolio twist: you'll own announce-through-last-show marketing on every tour and every market we operate in, and you'll own the brand and overall marketing strategy that sits above the tours. You'll work in lockstep with our Head of Paid Ads, who owns performance, paid social, and acquisition cost. Paid runs the buy; you run announce strategy, on-sale architecture, market-by-market sell-through, tour creative, PR, organic social, influencer, partnerships, and the brand work that makes every campaign land harder than the last one. What You'll Own Tour marketing leadership — announce strategy, on-sale architecture, presale design, market-by-market campaign planning, and ticket sell-through across every tour and market we run. Local market activation — coordinating with local promoters, venues, radio, lifestyle press, and grassroots partners to drive demand in each city on each routing. Tour creative direction — overseeing tour-level creative assets, KV (key visual) development, trailer/teaser content, and tour-specific brand expression with internal and agency teams. Portfolio-wide marketing strategy — setting brand priorities, planning cycles, and go-to-market frameworks across Bingo Loco, touring, and club formats so the portfolio moves coherently. Brand stewardship — positioning, identity, tone, and brand health for each property; protecting brand integrity as new formats and markets launch. Organic social media strategy — direction and oversight of organic across all brands and channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, emerging platforms), platform strategy, content pillars, creator-led content, and community. PR and earned media — strategy, execution, and agency management for tour PR (national + market-level) and broader brand press. Influencer and creator program — multi-tier creator activation, local to national, tied to tour markets and brand moments. Partnership marketing — sponsor, venue, ticketing, radio, retail, and media partnerships that extend reach without raising CAC. Performance and reporting — tour-level and market-level marketing scorecards, on-sale and presale results, course-correction on underperforming markets, post-tour learnings. Team leadership across brand marketing, tour marketing, social, content, and external agencies. Cross-functional partnership with Paid Ads, Touring, Clubs, and Ops on every announce and every launch. What We're Looking For 7+ years in marketing at a major concert promoter, rights-holder, festival, or live events company — including direct experience running tour marketing at scale. Hands-on track record of taking tours from announce through on-sale to sold-out, across multiple markets and arena/theater/PAC formats. Fluency in on-sale architecture - public presales, demand pacing, market course-correction, and ticket inventory marketing. Proven national-level PR results — broadcast, top-tier press, podcasts, cultural moments. Experience leading brand and overall marketing strategy across multiple brands or tours — not just executing on one. Track record building and running organic social at scale on TikTok and Instagram, with a sharp sense of platform-native creative. Experience running measurable influencer programs at scale. Strong people leader — you build teams that ship, and you know how to coordinate local market marketers, promoter networks, and external agencies in parallel. Commercially-minded — fluent in CAC, LTV, attribution, sell-through, and how brand and organic work feed the funnel. Built to work alongside a Head of Paid Ads — you respect data; you don't fight over budget. Nice to Have Background managing brand portfolios or multi-brand groups inside a promoter or rights-holder organization. Experience with branded, theatrical, IP-led, or franchised touring formats (not just artist tours). International tour marketing experience (UK/EU, APAC, LATAM, AU). Existing network across creator agencies, publicists, ticketing partners, and entertainment partnership leads.
