Job Summary The VP of Marketing will be responsible for leading RxHarmony's marketing strategy and execution to accelerate growth across our core ideal customer profiles and strengthen our position as the preferred recurring revenue partner for wellness and specialty practices. This leader will own the full marketing funnel—from brand awareness and thought leadership to demand generation and lifecycle marketing—with a mandate to consistently grow qualified provider leads, expand patient demand, and support revenue and retention goals. This role requires a strategic and data-driven marketing executive who is equally comfortable setting long-term brand direction and rolling up their sleeves to optimize campaigns, content, and channels. The VP of Marketing will partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Product, and Operations to ensure marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with RxHarmony's mission, financial targets, and provider experience. Additionally, this role will: Architect and lead an integrated marketing strategy that drives awareness, education, and trust across priority ICPs, including wellness, longevity, functional medicine, weight loss, concierge, and specialty practice audiences. Own top-of-funnel and mid-funnel performance, with clear accountability for qualified provider lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and marketing-sourced or marketing-influenced revenue. Build and manage a high-performing marketing organization, including the current Director of Marketing and external partners such as design and content resources. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Planning Develop and own the annual and long-range marketing strategy that supports RxHarmony's revenue, recurring revenue, provider acquisition, and provider retention goals. Translate company growth objectives into clear marketing priorities, campaign plans, performance targets, and reporting frameworks. Serve as the senior marketing voice within the organization, ensuring alignment across leadership, sales, product, clinical, and operations teams. Brand, Positioning & Awareness Lead the ongoing refinement and stewardship of RxHarmony's brand positioning, messaging, and market presence across all channels and touchpoints. Build brand awareness and credibility across RxHarmony's priority ideal customer profiles by developing compelling messaging that reflects the company's differentiated value proposition. Ensure consistent brand expression across campaigns, sales enablement materials, website content, external communications, and educational initiatives. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Develop and manage integrated demand generation programs that increase qualified provider leads and support patient demand generation where appropriate. Oversee digital marketing, email, content marketing, paid media, webinars, events, nurture campaigns, and partnership initiatives to improve pipeline growth and conversion. Collaborate with Sales leadership to define lead qualification standards, improve handoff processes, and optimize funnel performance from inquiry through closed business. Provider Lifecycle, Retention & Expansion Create lifecycle marketing strategies that support provider onboarding, engagement, adoption, retention, and growth across the RxHarmony portfolio. Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen provider communications, educational touchpoints, and program launch support that improve long-term retention and account growth. Develop campaigns and materials that help providers understand, launch, and expand RxHarmony programs within their practices. Content, Communications & Market Intelligence Oversee the development of strategic content, including thought leadership, campaign assets, provider-facing materials, newsletters, sales enablement content, and educational resources. Gather customer, market, and competitive insights to inform messaging, improve campaign performance, and identify new growth opportunities. Help position RxHarmony as a credible, innovative leader in provider growth, wellness program enablement, and between-visit patient engagement. Team Leadership & Budget Ownership Lead, mentor, and develop the current Director of Marketing while managing outside creative and content partners for maximum efficiency and quality. Own the marketing budget, expected to be in the range of approximately $200,000 to $400,000, ensuring disciplined allocation of resources tied to measurable business outcomes. Evaluate future team structure, agency use, and technology investments needed to scale the function responsibly. Analytics & Executive Communication Establish dashboards and reporting processes that track lead generation, brand growth, campaign performance, revenue contribution, provider retention, and return on investment. Communicate marketing strategy, results, insights, and recommendations regularly to the CRO and executive leadership team. Use data to optimize performance, improve efficiency, and support smarter strategic decision-making across the business. Measurable Outcomes Success in this role will be measured by outcomes such as: Increased qualified provider lead generation and improved lead quality across target audiences. Stronger brand awareness and engagement across RxHarmony's ICPs. Meaningful contribution to revenue growth and recurring revenue performance. Improved provider retention, adoption, and portfolio expansion within existing accounts. Consistent, high-quality execution of marketing initiatives within approved budget parameters. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior marketing leadership role. Proven experience leading B2B marketing strategy, brand development, and demand generation for a growth-stage or scaling organization. Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, health tech, wellness, provider-facing platforms, or other regulated industries strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing lean internal teams alongside external agencies, contractors, and freelancers. Experience owning and managing a mid-six-figure marketing budget with clear accountability for results. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong strategic marketing and brand leadership capabilities. Deep expertise in demand generation, funnel management, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling value propositions. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a growing company environment. Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence at the executive level. Familiarity with healthcare privacy and marketing compliance expectations, including HIPAA-conscious communications practices.
