We are seeking a growth-centric, excellence-focused Vice President of Marketing to join our team. Ideal candidates will be able to work a hybrid schedule at our New York City office or Texas Headquarters in Arlington (typically onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs and remote Mon/Fri). For the right candidate, remote work may be considered Job Purpose The Vice President of Marketing plays a critical role in growing brand awareness while strengthening the relationship of existing viewers. This leader works closely with the Chief Brand Officer/Chief of Staff to develop and lead brand and marketing campaigns across the Great American Media portfolio, ensuring alignment of brand strategy, messaging, creative execution, and audience engagement across all touch points. The VP of Marketing collaborates with internal and external partner stakeholders to track campaign progress and ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a true brand fan, brings both creative instincts and strategic judgment, and excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all marketing efforts align with Great American Media's brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints. Work collaboratively with various internal departments in tracking all projects (including but not limited to social, on-air, publicity, creative services, marketing, digital, content development, platform, and legal). Oversee the execution of strategic brand initiatives such as fan events, podcasts, sponsorship campaigns, and brand partnerships. Develop, maintain, and execute innovative marketing campaigns with partners to drive brand awareness, engagement and revenue growth. Oversee high-profile brand partnerships and cultivate long-term relationships with key external partners. Analyze the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and campaigns, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership. Lead contact and logistics coordinator for special events/conferences as determined by the leadership team. Maintain strategic business presentations for corporate partnerships and investors. Oversee the implementation and execution of partnership agreements by coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations and deliverables. Monitor, track and report progress on various campaigns and partnership agreements to executive leadership. Research and analyze industry trends, competitive activity, and marketplace developments, delivering relevant insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Maintain and regularly update the GAM affiliate website to reflect current marketing and content priorities. Other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. 4+ years' experience executing marketing campaigns and tactical project plan deliverables. 4+ years' experience using Canva and similar programs to create marketing assets such as one-pagers, custom pitch decks, and digital banners. 2+ years' experience with digital performance marketing campaigns and the creative assets, formats, and channels that support campaign objectives. Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms and basic understanding of email campaign execution. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. Process-oriented and adept at prioritization of tasks and workload. Must be willing to work outside of standard business hours based on business needs (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.). Working Conditions This position is in an office environment and may require some travel. The hybrid schedule typically consists of being onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and remote Monday/Friday. Depending on the candidate's location, we may consider a fully remote position. Physical Requirements To meet the essential requirements of this position, you must be able to: Sit for long periods of time; more than 30 minutes Stand for long periods of time; more than 30 minutes Type and complete other meticulous tasks Bend and reach Lift up to 15 pounds at a time Direct Reports This position supports various members of the Marketing 360 team, currently oversees the Marketing Manager, and may oversee additional team members, including Social Media.
