all from one place. This is our first growth hire. You won't be handed a playbook. You'll write it. What you'll own: 0?100k user acquisition strategy across organic, referral, and creator channels
paid is a growth lever, but not our focus day 1 UGC programs that turn users into content creators Micro-creator and influencer campaigns
sourced, managed, and measured by you (not an agency) Multi-channel experimentation: ASO, referral loops, paid UA, community, lifecycle The analytics infrastructure to know what's actually working You're the right person if: You've grown a consumer app from near-zero to meaningful scale and can speak concretely to how You have hands-on UGC and micro-influencer experience
briefs, creator relationships, performance attribution You're comfortable running 3-4 growth mechanisms in parallel and know how to read which to double down on You thrive with constraint and ambiguity, not despite them Nice to have: an existing creator network you can activate fast.
