If you're looking for a meaningful role where your work truly impacts the community, consider joining our team in Anchorage, Alaska as a Community Engagement Facilitator Hope Community Resources, Inc. is a non-profit disabilities service provider based in Anchorage, Alaska. Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual, developmental, or other disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge. The Community Engagement Facilitator plays a key role in connecting individuals who experience intellectual, developmental, or other disabilities with creative, therapeutic programs that foster growth, inclusion, and self-expression. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Liaison helps develop and implement personalized support plans, coordinates participation in Discovery Center activities, and ensures services align with each person's goals. This role blends case management with hands-on support, promoting a safe, engaging environment where individuals can thrive. Education and Experience Associate's degree in Health Science, Social Science, Special Education or related field required; and, Two years of experience working in social services, one year of which involves responsibility for case management or service coordination required. Equivalent combination of related education and/or work experience.
