As the Administrative Assistant for Student Life & Community Engagement, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while helping bring student programs, events, and services to life. This position supports a dynamic department dedicated to fostering belonging, involvement, and success for students across campus. Working closely with department leadership, you will provide essential administrative support, coordinate schedules and events, assist with communications, and help ensure students, staff, and community members receive timely and accurate information. - 12-Month Faculty Paid Holidays 21 days

- 40 hours per year ASRS (Arizona State Retirement System) Tuition Voucher (to use towards Mohave courses) Summer hours
- 4-day work week Work Life Balance Schedule Perform basic secretarial support functions using modern office procedures and equipment.

High School Diploma/GED, AND 2 years related experience, or 30 semester hours of college credit, OR Possession of skills, knowledge and behaviors as outlined int he position's core competencies below:Core Competencies:
