TikTok Facebook Instagram Full Job Description Job Duties:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn
• Manage social media accounts and monitor performance metrics to track the success of campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Skills:

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing graphics and videos
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track social media performance
• Strong research skills to gather insights about target audience and competitors
• Knowledge of advertising principles and techniques to optimize ad campaigns on social media platforms
• Photography skills to capture high-quality images for social media posts
• Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools to schedule and publish content
• Ability to stigmatize SEO best practices to improve organic reach on search engines
• Excellent relationship management skills to engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a loyal community
