Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Achieve sales goals and support community occupancy targets Respond to inquiries and conduct personalized community tours Guide prospects and families through the decision-making process Build strong relationships through consistent follow-up (calls, emails, events) Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Sherpa, Yardi, etc.) Qualify prospects financially in compliance with Fair Housing regulations Represent and promote our full continuum of care Participate in marketing events and community outreach Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth move-in experience and ongoing resident satisfaction Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Daily pay option available Employee meal discount Medical, dental & vision insurance Paid time off & sick leave 403(b) with company match $15,000 employer-paid life insurance + additional options Employee Assistance Program Career growth opportunities
Qualifications:
