An Agent Relations Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate boarding of all new clients, overseeing the process from start to finish. An Agent Relations Specialists will provide accurate, high-quality, and dependable service in relation to both internal and external customer inquiries related to on boarding new accounts. They must work closely with Sales Agents to gather required documentation to successfully board an account.
Responsibilities:
Review and process merchant applications, ensuring completeness and compliance before submission Organize and track submissions Serves as the primary point of contact for agents Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and meet partner needs effectively Respond promptly to partner and merchant inquiries while maintaining a professional attitude Accurately and manually input information from a hard copy application into the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Stay informed on our products and services to deliver accurate, tailored solutions for each client Create and maintain accurate reports Stay current on boarding procedures, internal and bank policies, and guidelines Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
Strong data entry skills with 90%+ accuracy Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma required, associate degree or higher preferred 1-3 years of relevant Payment or Banking experience Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Able to work independently and take initiative Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills Ability to navigate through various platform portals and CRM tools
Compensation:
Depends on experience, Full-time employees also enjoy a great benefits package including a health plan, 401k with company contribution, life insurance, and a generous PTO policy.
