200655301-0836 LGS is seeking a communications strategist to connect our global workforce through compelling, strategic communications. You'll develop and execute messaging for executive and internal communications, employee engagement programs, and practice group initiatives—partnering with leaders across the organization to drive engagement, strengthen culture, and deliver measurable business impact. Description The ideal candidate is a driver, doer, and collaborator who is strategic, proactive, and highly organized. They will bring strategic thinking, persuasive communication skills, collaborative approach, intellectual curiosity, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Success in this role depends on stakeholder management, leading through influence and ambiguity, and delivering results quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Set strategy and manage multiple communication projects simultaneously. Develop and execute executive communications, practice group campaigns, and internal website content that align with organizational priorities. Lead Leadership Team Town Hall meetings. Use employee satisfaction insights to inform and refine communication strategies. Manage vendor partnerships as needed. Advise partners on the best communication approach, methods, and tools based on audience and objectives. Produce or oversee production of assets across multiple channels. Provide clear project status updates and raise issues proactively. Work across teams to align communication solutions with business needs. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, communicating complex information with clarity and adapting your style to build stakeholder consensus. Review past projects to identify improvements and drive continuous learning Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic communications, internal communications, or employee engagement, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience Experience in communication strategy, implementation, and analytics for professional services, legal, or people-related initiatives Expert communication skills with proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (emails, newsletters, websites, presentations, executive briefs) that translate vision into compelling, actionable messaging Proven track record using storytelling to create compelling communications that drive engagement Strong project management skills with ability to create timelines, manage milestones, and drive projects to completion independently or collaboratively Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact communication initiatives and pivot strategies quickly when needed Exceptional judgment in shaping communication methods and evaluation criteria for critical initiatives Analytical mindset to ensure key data are collected, understood and acted upon appropriately Experience interacting with and influencing all levels of management Willingness to travel internationally as needed Preferred Qualifications Structured/analytical thinker with ability to review projects and identify process improvements Experience supporting practice groups, internal service teams, or professional services organizations Background in change management and organizational development Experience designing and managing employee engagement programs at scale Shown success in managing international campaigns and communications events Proficiency with communication platforms, presentation tools, and emerging technologies Experience with employee satisfaction measurement and using insights to drive strategy Track record of building scalable communication frameworks and processes Experience managing and developing communication professionals or cross-functional project teams Can leverage AI within guidelines to enhance efficiency in work Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
