The Manager leads the development and implementation of strategies that increase meaningful parent/family involvement, strengthen school-community relationships, and ensure equitable access to services and resources that support student success. This position serves as a liaison among schools, families, and community agencies, and provides leadership, training, and oversight of staff and programs that support parent education, engagement, and outreach efforts. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Associate's degree in communications, social services, education, counseling, or a related field; Professional experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in parent engagement, community outreach, or program coordination
• Experience supervising staff or leading programs preferred Requirements / Qualifications
