Position Overview We are seeking an AMS Manager - CRM with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, enterprise integrations, and application managed services. This role focuses on managing CRM support and enhancement initiatives, overseeing enterprise integrations, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams, and ensuring stable and scalable Salesforce operations within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Mulesoft integrations, Program Management, CRM operations, and enterprise application support models. Key Responsibilities Manage Application Managed Services (AMS) activities for Salesforce CRM environments Lead Salesforce Service Cloud support, enhancement, and operational initiatives Coordinate enterprise CRM support and issue resolution activities Manage integration workflows and enterprise connectivity using Mulesoft Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to support CRM transformation initiatives Oversee production support, defect management, and release coordination activities Support Salesforce Service Cloud functional configurations and business process improvements Manage cross-functional delivery teams and stakeholder communications Coordinate Agile delivery activities, sprint planning, and operational support processes Support CRM data integration and synchronization across enterprise platforms Monitor application performance, service delivery, and operational stability Develop operational documentation, support processes, and governance standards Support enterprise CRM modernization and scalability initiatives Collaborate with onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project execution Required Qualifications 6-9 years of US experience in Salesforce CRM and enterprise application support environments Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Hands-on experience with Mulesoft integrations and enterprise integration workflows Strong Program Management experience Experience managing AMS and enterprise support delivery models Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM operations and support processes Experience coordinating enterprise application enhancements and releases Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile delivery environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience collaborating with business, product, and technical teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience supporting enterprise CRM transformation initiatives Experience working with distributed onshore-offshore delivery teams Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce integration environments Experience with enterprise data synchronization and API integrations Experience supporting customer service and CRM operational workflows Why Join 4A Be part of a mission-driven, women-owned consulting firm with a reputation for excellence.
