Company DescriptionGallegos United is looking for a passionate and collaborative Account Executive to join our team. You will work alongside community managers, content creators, and strategists to support award-winning digital initiatives and grow brand affinity across social channels. The ideal candidate believes in the power of connection and is obsessed with extending brand messaging to consumers and peers in creative and socially native ways. You're a strong writer just as much as a social maven, but your style is adaptable and flexible, and can reach a wide swatch of audiences.
We pride ourselves on our integrated and nimble digital work, so our Account Executive should be organized, fast on their feet, and capable of speaking many brand languages in a given day. Job DescriptionHere's what you'll be doing:
Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review campaign progress, address any concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and strategy, to ensure smooth campaign implementation and delivery.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure campaigns are executed within deadlines and meet client objectives.
Assist in analyzing campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Prepare regular reports and presentations, summarizing campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
Coordinate client meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting notes.
Communicate campaign updates, progress, and results to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain client records, documentation, and files in an organized manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute to client strategy discussions.
QualificationsHere's what you'll have:
Proven experience (5+ years) in a client-facing role within a digital marketing services company.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Fluency of digital marketing channels, strategies, and metrics.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor campaign performance metrics and gather data from various sources.Assist in analyzing campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Prepare regular reports and presentations, summarizing campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
Client Support and Communication:
Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.Coordinate client meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting notes.

Administrative Tasks:
Assist in managing administrative tasks related to client accounts, including contracts, invoices, and billing.Maintain client records, documentation, and files in an organized manner.

Additional InformationSalary Range:
