We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Community Relations Manager to spearhead our grassroots marketing and outreach efforts. You will act as a voice of the i9 Sports brand, tasked with embedding us into local communities, driving authentic engagement, and translating local conversations into brand loyalty. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, and is willing to talk with anybody. Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Partnership Building Represent the company at community events, local forums, and neighborhood gatherings to increase brand visibility. Serve as the primary liaison to address community feedback and foster goodwill. Grassroots Marketing & Campaigns Work alongside leadership to develop and execute local marketing campaigns designed to build authentic connections with target audiences. Coordinate and attend community events, and high-impact experiential activations. Engagement & Social Media Integration Collaborate with digital marketing and PR teams to align localized field efforts with broader digital and social media campaigns. Monitor community conversations across to identify opportunities for organic growth. Gather and analyze localized feedback, sharing actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, combined with 1-2 years of consumer marketing or community engagement experience.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable conversing with diverse audiences and key community leaders.
Project Management:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple local events and priorities simultaneously.
Data-Driven Mindset:
Ability to track grassroots engagement metrics, measure ROI on local initiatives, and apply insights to refine strategies.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
