Who you are:
A compassionate and community-focused professional with experience in client support, outreach, case management, or community engagement A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with community members, staff, volunteers, and partners Skilled at assisting individuals seeking resources, guidance, and support services with empathy and professionalism Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using databases, case management systems, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools Bilingual in English/Spanish See full job description for more information about the key responsibilities and required qualifications.
