This role is responsible for shaping and elevating how we communicate our mission, strengthening community connection, and driving fundraising growth through integrated marketing and communications strategies. You will partner closely with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and collaborate across teams to expand visibility, inspire action, and deepen relationships with supporters. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications Strategy Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and audience-centered Align marketing efforts with organizational and fundraising goals Brand Management Lead brand voice, messaging, and visual identity Support brand evolution and positioning Maintain consistency across all communication channels Campaign Leadership Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including major initiatives such as milestone campaigns Drive engagement, audience growth, and donor participation Measure performance and optimize campaigns Content & Storytelling Oversee creation of compelling content across digital, print, and events Translate complex topics into clear, inspiring messaging Tailor communications for diverse audiences (donors, community, partners) Collaboration & Leadership Work cross-functionally with development, programs, and leadership teams Manage external vendors, agencies, and creative partners Ensure timely delivery of high-quality communications Performance & Analytics Track key metrics (engagement, conversion, campaign effectiveness) Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes
Qualifications Required:
5-8 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand strategy, or a related field Strong communication management and storytelling skills Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations Experience supporting fundraising or donor communications Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
