Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of Public Relations or related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 3+ years of Public Relations or related work experience. •Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Masters = one year) of work experience. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-dayproductcommunications activities acrossmarketing efforts and key launch moments. Develop and coordinate approvals of communication assets including press notes, pitches, briefingmaterials,messaging andFAQdocumentsandinternal trackers. Build andmaintainrelationships with North America press,analysts,and creators. Support media relations efforts, including managing media lists, tracking outreach and coverage,monitoringinbound media inquiries,recommendingresponsesandengaging with reporters on behalf of the company. Managelogisticsand execution of launchcontent includingvisual assetsworking withproduct marketing,productionandexecutiveteams. Provideevent support by coordinating eventlogistics. Track key news moments,marketupdatesand industry developments,toidentifytrends andopportunities for thecompanyto engage with a news cycleand potential issues,ensuringrelevant stakeholders are informedin a timely manner. Work with thecompanys influencerand analyst relationsteamsto strategize and brainstormnew ideas. Managecommunications workstreams across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies are clearly tracked and met. Help manage the PR agency on work such as reporting, deliverables, media lists, project management, contracting, etc. Maintainhigh standardsfor accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all written materials and communications outputs. Demonstratestrong self-management, prioritization, and follow-through in a dynamic environment with competing deadlines. Maintaina strong senseof teamwork and collaboration across marketing and communications teamsandwith agency team members. Preferred Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, andaccuratematerials. Experience drafting communications materials including press notes, briefing materials, pitchesfor media,and more. $36.54 - $54.80 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
