Job Description

Position Summary Street Team Members are responsible for promoting LOVB San Francisco throughout the Bay Area by engaging with fans, supporting community events, assisting with grassroots marketing efforts, and creating memorable experiences that build awareness and excitement for the team. We're looking for energetic, outgoing, and passionate individuals to serve as the face of LOVB San Francisco in the community. If you love sports, connecting with people, and representing a growing brand, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Community & Fan Engagement
  • Serve as a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for LOVB San Francisco.
  • Interact with fans and community members at events, tournaments, festivals, matches, and promotional appearances.
  • Educate community members about the team, upcoming events, memberships, and ticket opportunities.
  • Help create a welcoming and engaging experience for fans of all ages. Event Support
  • Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of community activations, fan events, watch parties, and grassroots marketing efforts.
  • Support fan engagement activities, contests, giveaways, and promotional experiences.
  • Distribute promotional materials, merchandise, and branded giveaways.
  • Assist with fan registration, lead generation, and database-building initiatives. Volleyball Community Outreach
  • Represent LOVB San Francisco at volleyball tournaments, club events, youth clinics, and community programs.
  • Build relationships with players, families, coaches, and local organizations.
  • Support initiatives designed to grow volleyball participation and fan engagement. Matchday Support
  • Assist with fan engagement zones and interactive experiences during home matches.
  • Help welcome guests and support matchday activations.
  • Assist with community group experiences and special event programming.
  • Support sponsor activations and promotional events as needed. Brand Representation
  • Represent the organization's values and brand standards at all times.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Help create excitement around women's sports and volleyball throughout the Bay Area. Qualifications
  • Passion for sports, volleyball, community engagement, or live events.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with event setup and teardown.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications
  • Volleyball playing, coaching, or fan experience.
  • Previous experience in promotions, events, customer service, community engagement, or sports.
  • Knowledge of the Bay Area volleyball community.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus. Compensation
  • Part-time, hourly position.
  • Flexible scheduling based on event needs.
