Marketing (Admissions & Outreach) Linwood Meadows Care Center -
Visalia, CA Full-Time Pay Range:
$28-$38/hour + Bonus Opportunities Join Our Team! Linwood Meadows Care Center is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketer to join our team! This role partners closely with our Admissions Director to drive census growth and promote our facility both internally and in the community. If you are outgoing, relationship-driven, and passionate about healthcare marketing, we would love to hear from you! Position Summary The Marketing Director is responsible for promoting Linwood Meadows Care Center through community outreach, hospital relationships, and on-site events. This role plays a key part in building strong referral networks and supporting the admissions process. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Admissions Director to drive census growth and occupancy
  • Conduct hospital visits and build relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and referral sources
  • Meet with potential residents and families to discuss services and coordinate admissions
  • Provide facility tours to prospective residents and families
  • Represent the facility at community events, healthcare events, and networking opportunities
  • Plan and execute on-site events to promote the facility
  • Maintain and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners
  • Track and follow up on leads and referrals
  • Support the admissions process and ensure a smooth transition for new residents
  • Maintain a strong understanding of facility services, programs, and capabilities Qualifications
  • Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development preferred
  • Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
