Role Overview We are looking for an CRM Operations Manager to lead our administrative operations team and ensure critical customer account, billing, and order-related processes are handled accurately and on time. This role is responsible for managing the team that audits accounts and orders, handles billing corrections, completes manual updates when customers are unable to make changes through the website, and helps resolve operational issues that impact the customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of improving processes while holding a team accountable to high execution standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily work of the administrative operations team Ensure customer accounts, recurring orders, billing adjustments, and manual corrections are completed accurately and on time Audit team execution and internal workflows to ensure the correct products, quantities, and updates are applied Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and operational errors, and implement practical solutions Improve internal workflows, controls, checklists, and reporting tools Track team productivity, labor hours, task completion, and key operational KPIs Lead team meetings and reinforce accountability, communication, and schedule adherence Coordinate with managers from other departments to resolve customer-related operational issues Support the resolution of account-related and operational customer tickets Requirements Proven experience in operations, administrative management, process control, or team leadership Strong Excel skills, including reporting, formulas, tracking, and data organization Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with KPIs, performance tracking, and structured processes Ability to lead a team, improve execution, and enforce accountability Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong sense of ownership and follow-through Preferred Qualifications Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Stripe Experience managing teams that handle customer account updates, billing adjustments, audits, or manual order corrections Experience improving administrative processes and building operational controls Experience in e-commerce, customer operations, subscriptions, or fulfillment environments
