Job Description
Description Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client that is looking for a skilled CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Lakewood, Colorado. This role is integral in developing and executing customer relationship management strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and business growth. With a focus on leveraging tools like Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), you will drive impactful campaigns and optimize customer journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and improve customer lifecycle performance.
- Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to create targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer data and campaign metrics to provide actionable insights and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM platforms with other marketing and sales tools, maintaining data accuracy and efficiency.
- Configure and manage automations, triggers, and drip campaigns within Pardot and Salesforce platforms.
- Optimize personalization, segmentation, and customer journey mapping to increase engagement and conversions.
- Generate and present detailed reports on CRM campaign performance and overall pipeline impact.
- Monitor compliance with privacy regulations in all CRM-related marketing activities.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in CRM and marketing automation technologies. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM marketing, with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
- Proven ability to develop and optimize automated campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Expertise in personalization, segmentation, and customer journey mapping in either B2B or B2C environments.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
- Certifications in Pardot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation platforms are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics or social media management platforms is a plus.
