Job Description
Overview LMI is seeking a Community Engagement Lead to support the National Aeronautics and Space Administration in Washington, DC. We are seeking an energetic self-starter who has expert consulting and customer service skills and is focused on developing practical and efficient solutions to administrative challenges. The Community Engagement Lead will oversee stakeholder engagement, outreach, and communications strategies to amplify engagement with participants, local leads, and partners globally. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, branding, and performance metrics. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach plan to engage up to 650 Local Leads, ensuring consistent alignment with program goals. Design and deliver training programs, webinars, and workshops to prepare Local Leads for successful event execution. Develop and manage stakeholder engagement tools such as FAQs, participant guides, and resource packages. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and address event-level troubleshooting needs. Assess participant engagement metrics to improve communication strategies and optimize program outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree with 6 years of experience, Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience. Experience managing large-scale engagement or communication campaigns, specifically within global or federal contexts. Proficiency with outreach tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and webinar platforms. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Target salary range:
