at State of Delaware in Dover, Delaware, United States Job Description This position is responsible for community engagement, volunteer coordination and communication for the Delaware National Estuarine Research Reserve (DNERR) Duties include community outreach and events, developing print materials, social media content, etc. and volunteer program management. JOB REQUIREMENTS
for Community Engagement Specialist Please attach a resume with your online application or use the resume tab in DEL to provide a detailed description of how your education, training and/or experience meets each job requirement including employer, experience/responsibilities and dates (month/year) of employment/training. Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas: 1. Must be at least 18 years of age. 2. One year's experience in communications, public relations, marketing, customer service or related fields. 3. One year's experience in supervising groups, staff or volunteers. 4. Six months experience in narrative report writing. 5. Knowledge of public speaking or interpretation. 6.
