We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused Investor Relations Associate to support investor onboarding, communications, fundraising operations, and investor experience initiatives. Position Overview The Investor Relations Associate will serve as a key member of the investor relations team, helping ensure a seamless and professional experience for investors throughout the investment lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with exceptional communication abilities and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality investor experience. This individual will work closely with investors, internal departments, and external partners to support fundraising initiatives, investor onboarding, reporting, and ongoing investor communications. Key Responsibilities Investor Onboarding & Investor Experience
- Guide investors through the subscription and funding process.
- Manage investor onboarding activities through Agora and other investor management platforms.
- Serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries and onboarding support.
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and high-touch investor experience. Investor Documentation & Compliance Support
- Coordinate the collection, review, and organization of investor documentation, including:
- Subscription Agreements
- Accreditation Verification
- W-9 Forms
- Identification Documents
- AML/KYC Documentation
- Assist with investor due diligence and compliance processes.
- Ensure investor records remain complete, accurate, and properly maintained. Investor Relations & Communications
- Support investor communications, updates, and fundraising campaigns.
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, reports, newsletters, and offering materials.
- Coordinate investor follow-ups and relationship management activities.
- Help maintain a consistent and professional investor communication strategy. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate investor data within CRM and investor management systems.
- Track investor engagement, fundraising activity, and capital commitments.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support fundraising and investor relations efforts.
- Monitor pipeline activity and identify opportunities to improve investor engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with legal, compliance, accounting, operations, and executive teams.
- Assist with investor funding confirmations and capital raise administration.
- Support webinars, investor events, meetings, and special projects.
