Marketing/Project Analyst (Contract) Onsite -

Juno Beach, FL Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing/Project Analyst to support executive communications, training development, and internal documentation efforts. This individual will play a key role in creating high-quality materials, refining messaging, and ensuring clear, consistent communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences, including leadership updates and monthly reporting decks Create training materials and onboarding documentation to support internal teams and new hires Translate complex information into clear, concise, executive-level messaging Support monthly executive data council meetings by building presentation materials, tracking key issues, and aligning with leadership on updates Partner with stakeholders to refine messaging, content, and overall communication quality Organize and manage documentation within Confluence , ensuring accessibility and consistency Provide support in a Marketing / Project Coordination capacity , helping manage timelines, deliverables, and communication workflows

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience building polished, professional decks Experience with technical writing, training documentation, or internal communications Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
