  • Full-time Overview Addiction Treatment Outreach Director New IOP, OP and Behavioral Health treatment center in Palm Springs Florida seeking experience outreach Director This ground floor position drives business development and community engagement.
They are responsible for generating patient referrals, building strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and judicial systems, and educating the public about available substance use disorder and addiction recovery services. Role Overview
    Job Type:
    Full-time, Salaried
    • Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Executive Director
    Primary Objective:
    Must have a strong established network of relationships. Ground floor opportunity to set-up the outreach department and guide the center to a healthy census growth.
    • Key Responsibilities
    Referral Development & Relationship Building:
    Identify, contact, and cultivate ongoing relationships with hospitals, drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers, behavioral health centers, courts, hospitals, therapists, interventionists, employee assistance programs (EAPs) to name a few.
      Outreach & Education:
      Develop and conduct community education programs, represent the facility at behavioral health conferences, and educate the public on the value of the treatment center.
        Strategic Planning:
        Design and implement boots on the ground marketing strategies designed to achieve targeted admissions and census goals.
          Team Leadership:
          This position will be evolve to manage and mentor an outreach and marketing team, delegating tasks and tracking individual performance metrics.
            Quality Assurance:
            Ensure smooth continuity of care and a seamless patient placement process from the referral stage to admissions.
              Compliance:
              Maintain a strong understanding of state and federal regulations (e.g., HIPAA) regarding patient privacy, as well as strict ethical marketing standards.
              • Answer phone 24/7 and guide clients to care. Qualifications
              Education:
              5 years treatment center outreach or behavioral health marketing.
                Experience:
                Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, marketing, or outreach, specifically within addiction treatment or behavioral health.
                  Knowledge:
                  Deep understanding of the addiction treatment continuum of care (Inpatient, Outpatient, IOP, Detox) and knowledge of community resources.
                    Skills:
                    Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills and a proven track record of growing patient pipelines. Local Insights Facilities in Port St. Lucie and the broader South Florida region are heavily concentrated with addiction treatment centers. Directors in this area must possess excellent knowledge of regional resources, navigate strict ethical guidelines enforced by agencies like the Florida Department of Children and Families, and coordinate with local behavioral health coalitions to stand out in a highly competitive market
