Job Description

Lifestyle Manager Port St. Lucie We're seeking a Lifestyle Manager to lead in the management of a VIP membership program. This role will work with the Community Relations & Lifestyle Director to shape the brand identity, design unique resident experiences, and create partnerships that enhance community life. The ideal candidate is part creative strategist, part community connector, and part experience curator. The Lifestyle Manager has a wide range of responsibilities included but not limited to: Develop and execute VIP Program launch plan, featuring: Signature annual events and activations VIP Membership Program (benefits, discounts, and digital/print card) Business partnerships and local collaborations VIP Newsletter and targeted social content Strengthen community engagement by connecting residents, tenants, and local businesses through curated programming. Manage the annual lifestyle calendar in partnership with the Community Relations & Lifestyle Director and budget to ensure events are on-brand, impactful, and aligned with goals. Partner with marketing to elevate communications across digital, print, social media and other channels. Support the Community Relations & Lifestyle Director in all community programming and events. Assist in the administration of the communications program.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in event programming. Excellent communication and customer service skills Energetic and enthusiastic Professional appearance and attitude Event planning, marketing, hospitality, communications background is preferred Exceptional work ethic and leadership Able to multitask and high-level organizational skills Ability to lift 25 pounds Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Publisher and Outlook required
Additional Requirements:
