Job Description

Opportunity (Full-Time): International Engagement Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) - J3-
I Engagement & Support Branch Bottom Line Up Front:
Hoplite Group is seeking an International Engagement Support SME to support the Directorate of Operations, J3-International (J3-I) Division at U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This role supports multinational engagement planning, executive-level coordination, international conference support, and partner nation integration efforts across the global SOF enterprise.
Location:
On-site support at HQ USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL, with CONUS and OCONUS travel as required in support of the SOF enterprise.

Contingent Upon Contract Award Objective:
Support USSOCOM J3-International (J3-I) engagement and support efforts through multinational event coordination, executive-level engagement support, international personnel integration, and administrative support to partner nation SOF personnel and leadership activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communications, or other social sciences. 5 years of experience using marketing or communication skills, both written and oral, including preparation of written products for senior leaders (General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service level). Demonstrated executive writing skills. 1 year of experience in a multinational environment. Experience may include military, academic, business, non-governmental organization, or another U.S. Government agency environment.
Desired:
Basic language proficiency (1/1 basic conversation/writing) in a Romance or European language (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, or other). Experience as an event planner for executive-level conferences and engagements. Experience in the use of social media analytic tools. Ability to organize complex inter-governmental events for 500+ personnel. Current DoW Secret clearance and eligibility for SECRET access.
