Role Description We are seeking a full-time Community Relationship Manager to join our team on-site in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include promoting the bank's services through community engagement, fostering new business opportunities, and supporting public relations initiatives. Additionally, you will represent the bank at community meetings and ensure positive communication that aligns with the organization's mission and values. Qualifications Strong skills in Community Engagement, building relationships, and fostering partnerships Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and professional interactions Proficiency in Sales and the ability to identify and generate new business opportunities Minimum of 5-7 years of Banking experience Experience in managing community outreach initiatives Proven track record of working effectively in a multicultural environment Ability to work on-site in Duluth, GA, and collaborate with team members and community stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Knowledge of financial services or prior experience in a banking environment is a plus
