With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration. Responsibilities + Defining and executing the regional sales strategy to grow revenue, expand market share, and displace legacy telephony providers across enterprise and mid-market segments + Leading and developing a team of segment leaders and specialists, building a pipeline of future leaders through coaching and intentional career development + Partnering with engineering, product, marketing, and services teams to align technical capabilities with customer needs and competitive positioning. + Engaging directly with senior buyers on strategic deals, representing the platform at industry events, and maintaining deep awareness of market and competitive dynamics. + Driving operational rigor through accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and continuous improvement of sales processes and tooling in partnership with operations teams. What we're looking for + Demonstrate 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud communications, or unified communications. + Show 5+ years of experience leading leaders (managing managers) and scaling multi-segment sales organizations. + Evidence a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets above $100M in high-growth markets + Possess deep knowledge of cloud telephony, unified communications, or enterprise collaboration technologies. + Exhibit strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior buyers and navigate complex procurement cycles. + Apply a data-driven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, andperformance optimization + Bring experience with partner-led or channel sales motions alongside direct enterprise sales.
