This role is pivotal in driving membership growth, enhancing member engagement, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a key leader within our organization, you will oversee troops in a geographic area, and build strong community partnerships. Your leadership will inspire troops to deliver outstanding experiences that align with our mission to create a vibrant, connected membership community. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive membership strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. Lead, motivate, and supervise volunteers in a geographic area. Manage membership onboarding processes, including registration, orientation, and ongoing support. Analyze membership data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement. Negotiate partnerships and collaborations that benefit the membership community. Oversee the planning and execution of member engagement events and initiatives. Maintain clear communication channels with members through various platforms, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in project management, team leadership, or management roles within customer-focused environments. Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse member populations effectively. Strong leadership qualities with previous supervising experience in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills in English; experience in crucial or difficult conversations. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and utilize insights to inform decision-making. Exceptional customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Girl Scouts knowledge is a plus. Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in volunteer management, community engagement, or related work. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and use technology to support decision making. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
