This full-time leadership position is responsible for promoting the mission, achievements, and impact of Rosary College Prep through digital communications, social media, website management, publications, media relations, enrollment marketing, and advancement communications. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, storyteller, content creator, and strategic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys celebrating student success, academic excellence, faith formation, athletics, alumnae engagement, and the vibrant life of the Rosary community. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute Rosary's communications and marketing strategy. Manage all school social media platforms and digital communications. Oversee website content, branding, and online presence. Create compelling content including photography, video, graphics, publications, and storytelling. Serve as the school's primary media contact and communications representative. Support enrollment, advancement, fundraising, and community engagement initiatives. Promote and provide coverage for major school events and celebrations. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field. Three to five years of professional communications, marketing, or public relations experience preferred. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Experience managing social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns. Photography, videography, and graphic design experience preferred.
