The Marketing and Communications Manager plays a crucial role in public impression, awareness, and growth of the agency. The daily duties of this position sit at the intersection of creativity, strategy, public relations, and cause marketing. On any given day, you will gain experience with a wide range of communication tasks like partnering with Thresholds programs to create collateral materials, drafting pitches for reporters to create media opportunities, or writing social media posts. Use your creativity to design marketing materials and take photos at program events. You will have the opportunity to own longer-term projects and work with the fundraising team to communicate Thresholds' impact to donors. You will utilize skills you already have, build on them, and dig in to changing digital marketing technology. This role will challenge you and inspire you. Flexibility and resourcefulness to multitask and meet deadlines Excellent written communication skills Strong customer service and follow-up skills Effective relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365, WordPress, and Canva Strong design skills Familiarity and initiative to learn a wide range of digital marketing tools Fluency in Spanish a plus
Education:
