About the Role We re looking for a Social & PR Manager who thrives at the intersection of culture, content and communications. This role leads the day-to-day execution and evolution of integrated social, influencer and PR programs across key client accounts. You ll partner across strategy, creative, production, media and account teams to build culturally relevant, insight-driven content and programs that drive conversation, engagement and brand impact. What You ll Do Content Development Develop organic social content and concepts for several key platforms across clients Manage content calendars and able to keep close attention to details for any scheduling changes Schedule and publish across platforms Community Management Lead community management across key clients including development of response guides and strategies Proactively and reactively engage in the communities, following approved response guides and strategies Influencer Marketing Ability to research and vet influencers that align to brand strategy Develop and execute influencer and creator partnerships Social & Cultural Intelligence Monitor trends, conversations, and platform innovations to keep brands relevant Apply social listening and performance data to inform strategy and optimization Identify real-time opportunities to engage in culture and conversation Earned Media Has foundational PR experience in past role including media list development, crafting angles and pitching journalists Support earned media storytelling: identifying newsworthy angles and narratives Performance & Optimization Understand key social and PR metrics; contribute to reporting and insights Continuously optimize programs based on performance data and learnings Client & Team Leadership Build strong relationships with client partners through clear communication and proactive thinking Support internal and client meetings with confidence and clarity Contribute to presentations and help tell compelling stories through data and ideas What You Bring 1 -2+ years of experience in social media or integrated communications Strong understanding of today s social landscape, platforms and content trends Strong experience with influencer/creator programs Familiarity with earned media strategy Familiarity with content publishing tools, social listening tools, analytics and reporting frameworks Familiarity with design tools such as Canva Familiarity with social video editing software such as CapCut Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset and curiosity for culture, media, and storytelling Nice to Have Experience working in an agency environment Paid social knowledge or exposure Passion for emerging platforms, creators and digital culture How We Work We believe in integrated thinking, creative problem-solving, and pushing beyond briefs. Additional Information We currently work in the office three days a week to facilitate in-person collaboration and the value these relationships bring to managing, mentoring, teamwork and culture. We are also committed to providing an environment that allows for work/life balance, so C-Kers work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Compensation range at the time of posting: $55,000 to $60,000 annually. Individual compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications and experience of the applicant, and C-K reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time based on requirements of the position and level of responsibility.
