Job Description Gameday Men's Health is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Community Engagement Coordinator / Medical Assistant to join our growing clinic in Glen Carbon, Illinois. This is a unique hybrid role that combines patient care, social media coordination, community outreach, and in clinic medical assisting responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with patients, representing our brand in the community, creating engaging social content, and supporting daily clinical operations. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, dependable, creative, and thrives in a fast paced environment. This position will play a major role in helping grow clinic awareness while maintaining the exceptional patient experience Gameday is known for. Responsibilities Community Engagement & Social Media Assist with planning and coordinating community events, partnerships, and local outreach opportunities Represent Gameday Men's Health professionally at community functions, gyms, sporting events, and networking opportunities Capture and create social media content including photos, videos, reels, patient success stories, and behind the scenes clinic content Assist with posting and maintaining clinic social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Help promote monthly specials, clinic events, and educational content Engage with online followers, comments, and messages professionally and promptly Help maintain a strong online reputation and positive community presence Medical Assistant Responsibilities Perform blood draws and administer injections of testosterone, B12, and other vitamins Check patient vitals and accurately record them in our EMR system Ensure lab results are promptly input into patient charts Assist medical providers with patient care and daily clinic flow Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA Assist with lab operations and maintain organized treatment rooms Maintain clinic inventory and assist with supply ordering Prepare rooms and supplies prior to clinic hours Greet patients professionally and provide a world class patient experience Qualifications Valid BLS Certification preferred At least 1 year of experience in phlebotomy and medical assisting preferred Experience with social media content creation and community engagement strongly preferred Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging social content Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Positive attitude and team oriented mindset Experience with EMR systems preferred Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Experience in men's health, general practice, med spas, urology, family practice, endocrinology, fitness, wellness, hospitality, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
