Director of Community Relations - Marketer

Experience with supportive living, dementia care and independent living sales and growth. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive community relations and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals. Cultivate and maintain media relations by establishing strong partnerships. Plan monthly, quarterly marketing and community engagement events. Manage social media platforms through strategic content creation, scheduling, analytics tracking, and audience engagement to maximize outreach. Drive business development efforts. Collect data on outreach activities, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare reports to inform future strategies and census growth. Skills Sales experience with supporting, dementia care, and independent living. Proven expertise in developing relationships with referral partners that lead to census growth and retention. Ability to plan and execute marketing and community relation events. Proficiency in understanding move in requirements for supportive, dementia care, and independent living. Solid background in marketing, public relations, sales, and business development to drive organizational growth with proven results. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to various audiences.
