Job Description

Are you a leader who excels at building relationships, driving sales, and fostering community connections? Huntington Learning Center is looking for a passionate individual to lead our tutoring center by connecting with families, schools, and organizations while helping students achieve success. What You'll Do As the Center Manager, you'll manage daily operations while leading outreach efforts to grow enrollments and build a positive impact in the community. Relationship Building and Outreach Foster partnerships with local schools, educators, and community organizations. Represent the center at community events, school fairs, and meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with families, schools, and community stakeholders. Support local marketing and outreach efforts to increase awareness and enrollment. Sales and Enrollment Growth Engage prospective families through consultations, calls, and follow-up communication. Identify student needs and recommend appropriate educational programs. Meet enrollment and revenue goals through effective sales and relationship-building. Educational Leadership Teach students as needed and ensure high-quality instruction. Meet with parents to review student progress, discuss goals, and recommend next steps. Manage and support a team of tutors while monitoring student outcomes. Maintain regular communication with families to ensure satisfaction and results. Operations Oversee scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and day-to-day center operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and educational standards. What You Bring to the Table Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Experience with business growth, sales, outreach, or business development. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in teaching, tutoring, or educational services. Leadership or management experience. What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses. Pay:
$48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
