Job Description

Our client is a highly regarded private investment firm headquartered in Boston, managing in excess of $200 billion in assets under management. They are currently seeking to hire an Investor Relations Analyst to join their team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the broader Investor Relations function, with a particular focus on assisting with fundraising initiatives and delivering high-quality marketing support to the firm's limited partner (LP) base. Key Responsibilities The Investor Relations Analyst will be responsible for a range of tasks that support both internal stakeholders and external investors.
Core responsibilities include:
Preparing and completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), as well as maintaining and regularly updating Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) to ensure accuracy and consistency of firm information. Partnering closely with Investor Relations colleagues, as well as investment and product teams, to develop, refine, and update pitch books, marketing materials, and client-facing sales presentations. Managing and responding to ongoing investor inquiries, ensuring that limited partners receive timely, accurate, and well-structured information requests. Conducting analysis across funds, investors, and broader market trends, contributing to internal reporting and enhancing the team's ability to communicate effectively with clients. Qualifications and Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Specific qualifications include:
Between 1 and 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within investor relations, asset management, management consulting, or financial services marketing environments. A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required, with preference given to candidates from well-regarded academic institutions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with functions such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, along with strong skills in PowerPoint and Word for presentation and document preparation. Demonstrated ability to work with and interpret large and complex data sets, translating them into clear, actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across teams. Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to a collaborative environment. Compensation and Benefits The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
