  • $96,646 a year 23 hours ago Qualifications Marketing project management Bachelor's degree Managing projects Stakeholder management Full Job Description The Assistant Manager of Integrated Marketing will play an integral role in the in-store marketing of both Baskin-Robbins products and the BR brand.
This role is directly responsible for assisting with the creative development of the BR shop look and feel through point of purchase (POP) and merchandising materials. The individual in this role must be creative, strategic, and resourceful, with a keen eye for detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the creative development and production of national POP and merchandising that is on strategy and consistent with brand positioning Manage the development of quarterly POP planograms for each marketing window that are accurate and easy-to-follow for shop crews Lead the creative development and production of point of purchase materials for test programs Responsible for continued development and maintenance of the online image library to ensure that it remains comprehensive and current Manage the creative development of product packaging Manage the BR Pandora Radio partnership and content development Oversee POP inventory management to eliminate unnecessary storage and costs Oversee BR Marketing Central site content Oversee Gift Card creative development Work cross-functionally within the organization to deliver fully integrated programs Drive projects to deliver on budget and on time Manage projects and multiple deliverables under tight deadlines Work with vendors to ensure delivery of quality materials that are to specifications and within budget Manage program budgets and forecasts
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Required Minimum:
Bachelor's degree
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
1-4 years of marketing and/or communications Demonstrated experience with project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated experience supporting or leading the implementation of marketing programs Demonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple stakeholders
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills
Salary:
$57,987
  • 96,646 per year The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
