In this energetic position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed while promoting community engagement and transparency. Your proactive communication skills and strategic outreach efforts will help build trust, facilitate effective information flow, and support community development initiatives. Duties Act as the main communication bridge between residents and organizational teams, ensuring clear and timely information exchange Notifying residents in advance of work affecting their dwelling Ensuring access for contractors & vendors, addressing concerns, and reporting on daily work activities Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse populations Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly Knowledge of public relations principles combined with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Flexibility to adapt to evolving community needs and project priorities Join us as a Resident Liaison where your enthusiasm for community building meets your strategic communication expertise.
