Community Relations Director / Senior Living Marketer Carroll County, Maryland Help Families Find More Than a Place to Live—Help Them Find Home. Are you a natural relationship-builder who loves connecting with people, creating community partnerships, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families? We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Community Relations Director to serve as the face of our growing assisted living community in Carroll County. This is more than a sales position—it is an opportunity to guide families through one of life's most important decisions while helping seniors discover a place where they can thrive. What You'll Do Build Community Relationships Become a trusted resource throughout Carroll County and surrounding communities by developing strong referral partnerships with:
  • Hospitals and rehabilitation centers
  • Physicians and healthcare providers
  • Social workers and case managers
  • Senior centers and community organizations
  • Faith-based groups and professional networks You'll represent our community at networking events, educational programs, health fairs, and local outreach opportunities. Drive Occupancy Growth Help prospective residents and families discover the care, support, and lifestyle our community provides by:
  • Generating and nurturing new leads
  • Managing inquiries and referrals
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Providing timely follow-up and communication
  • Building trust through consistent relationship management Guide Families Through the Journey From the first phone call to move-in day, you'll serve as a trusted advisor by:
  • Conducting personalized community tours
  • Explaining services, care options, amenities, and pricing
  • Answering questions with empathy and professionalism
  • Assisting with documentation and residency agreements
  • Helping families feel confident in their decision
  • Create Exceptional Move-In Experiences You'll help ensure every new resident feels welcomed and supported by:
  • Coordinating move-ins with internal teams
  • Assisting families during the transition process
  • Following up after move-in to ensure satisfaction
  • Building long-term relationships with residents and families What We're Looking For
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, assisted living, home care, hospice, healthcare sales, or related fields preferred
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Compassion and empathy when working with families during emotional decision-making
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve goals
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
