Position Overview We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and expand engagement across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience creating compelling financial, investment, or commodities-related content and a strong understanding of current social media trends. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, educate audiences on precious metals investing, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and knowledge of financial markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels. Create engaging content including graphics, videos, infographics, market updates, educational posts, and promotional campaigns. Monitor precious metals markets and industry news to create timely and relevant content. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align messaging with company objectives. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster online community growth. Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations. Coordinate paid social advertising campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Work with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality digital content. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field. 4+ years of professional social media management experience. Proven track record of growing social media audiences and engagement. Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills. Experience with social media management and analytics tools. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social advertising platforms. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Experience in financial services, investing, commodities, cryptocurrency, or precious metals industries. Understanding of gold, silver, and precious metals markets. Graphic design and video editing experience. Familiarity with compliance considerations in financial marketing. Compensation & Benefits Commission-based compensation structure Total annual compensation typically ranges from $40,000 to $120,000, based on performance Professional development opportunities
