Job Description

Director of Communications / Office Manager Full-time or Part-time We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and personable individual to serve as our Director of Communications / Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing projects and coordinating various events.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing office communications and administrative tasks
  • Planning and coordinating events
  • Prioritizing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assisting with website updates and social media management
  • Creating and editing communication materials
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional, and able to work well with others
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign preferred
  • Website and social media experience desired, or a willingness to learn Position available as either full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing office communications and administrative tasks. Engage with our members via email and phone and assist visitors to the office.
  • Planning and coordinating events
  • Prioritizing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assisting with website updates and social media management
  • Creating and editing communication materials.
Prepare and send weekly E-Newsletter & Community Connections monthly insert. Compile and edit advertisements for the annual Fairmont Area Life Guide.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$14.50 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
