You will play an important role inmunicating to customers as well as ensuring a collateral rebranding project stays on track and on budget. Experience working with Workfront will be very valuable

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross functional teams tomunicate important integration messages to customers, following a pre-definedmunications strategy
• Collaborate with internal contacts to send out approvedmunications, and ensuremunications go out on time
• Effectively manage themunications strategy and workplan, including reaching out to responsible parties as needed
• Work with internal marketing automation team to send outmunications
• Evaluatemunications strategy and workplan throughout process and bring rmendations to key stakeholders, if needed
• Reviewing rebranded collateral for accuracy and brand consistency
• Manage and prioritize Workfront requests, ensuring alignment with timelines and business priorities
• Monitor performance ofmunications (e.g., engagement metrics) and suggest optimizations
• Maintainanized documentation ofmunications plans, approvals, and asset tracking
• Create and update trackers, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders

Requirement:

• Minimum of Three (3) years ofbined experience in Project Management and/or Communications
• Strong project management skills
• Internal, executive or customermunications
• Experience with Adobe Workfront
• Brand experience a plus
• Project management andmunications experience will be helpful
• Experience working with brand or brand management will be helpful This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details:
