Job Description

The Archdiocese of St. Louis strives to teach and share our faith, serve others, and foster unity throughout the St. Louis area. Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Job Summary A highly organized, galvanizing, faith-filled, and passionate individual needed to coordinate a dynamic team of staff and parishioners to personalize and execute the Campaign Agency-generated, multimillion campaign to renew and expand our church. This campaign will expand the campus footprint and help existing spaces better facilitate the parish mission of God's Love Made Visible in various parish life engagement efforts. Job Responsibilities The Capital Campaign Liaison serves as the coordinator between our parish community, our pastoral leadership, and the external campaign consulting firm. This person ensures that donors are identified and thanked, and that the team of volunteers is fully utilized. This role is the organizational quarterback of a multi-year effort reaching hundreds of donors and dozens of volunteers all in service of a mission that matters deeply to our community. Ongoing support of parish staff to increase engagement of parish life and growing next generation leadership. Job Requirements Coordinate parish campaign operations and serve as liaison between parish leadership and consulting firm across campaign phases, timelines, communications, and deliverables. Support stewardship initiatives, volunteer onboarding and management, donor outreach, campaign communications, reporting, and confidential pledge tracking. Develop donor engagement strategies, monitor campaign progress, prepare leadership updates, and maintain CRM/spreadsheet reporting tools. Manage 50-100 volunteers, support parish events, and ensure alignment with stewardship goals and Catholic mission values. Proven strengths in project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and relationship building in mission-driven environments.
