Social Media Manager

Hours:

Full time equivalent to 40 hours per week. Daylight shifts required.

Pay:

$14 Hourly pay plus $100 monthly bonus if all goals are met.

Purpose:

Plato's Closet is looking for a fashion forward, self motivated, quick thinker to increase online engagement, brand awareness, aesthetics, and sales for the store they are employed at.

Description:

The Social Media manager must be well educated on the in-trends selling well and sought after by the Plato's Closet Demographic, 12-24 year olds. Skills that will benefit the Social Media Manager are as follows: time management, self motivation, multitasking, organization, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, have a bubbly and charismatic persona online and in-store. The Social Media Manager will be required to post a certain amount of different types of media each month. As well as reply to every comment, direct message, tagged post, and reviews. The store's sales and the Social Media Managers bonus depends on the quality of each media produced, the aesthetic of our pages and demand of product showcased. In downtime the Social Media Manager is expected to perform tasks to their trained equivalency such as Sales Rep., Certified Buyer, or Shift Leader.

Oversees:

Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Social Selling and Google/Facebook Reviews Goals:

Here are the bare minimum requirements to achieve the monthly bonus: •what is on Instagram must also be on Facebook. If all goals are met you will be a Gold Star Store & receive your bonus. # of in-feed posts: 90 (That equals 3 per day. During sneak peaks or drop previews, you may need to post more) # of required

Stories:

300 (equals around 10 or more per day) Answering ALL direct messages, comments, and reviews. Even plain comments or messages need a "like" and an emoji sent.

Example:

A customer says thank you after you answered their question-simply like the message and send an emoji. Social Selling (included in stories): Price check all items before posting, edit tags as needed. Ensure all invoices are sent in a timely manner. Ensure all paid for items are run through DRS. Keep all purchases organized in their respective bins. Make a post when needed about pick-up bins overflowing.
