Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Provider Relations to support growth initiatives and strengthen provider partnerships across the western Montana region, including Bozeman, Missoula, and Kalispell. This position is full-time and will report directly to the VP & GM. Key Responsibilities Lead provider outreach, sales, and relationship management efforts throughout the region Develop and execute strategies that drive referral growth and market expansion Build strong partnerships with physicians, clinicians, hospitals, and community organizations Analyze market trends and performance data to identify opportunities Collaborate with leadership to establish goals and track results Represent the company within the local healthcare community and at industry events Ensure alignment with quality, compliance, and operational standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of healthcare sales, marketing, or provider relations leadership experience Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills Ability to travel throughout western Montana as needed What We're Looking For A collaborative, results-oriented leader who builds strong relationships, takes ownership, and drives growth while supporting high-quality patient care across local communities.
