About This Opportunity Elevated Executives is a Charlotte-based event marketing firm that runs live outreach campaigns on behalf of nonprofit organizations across the greater Charlotte area. We specialize in face-to-face community engagement - showing up where it matters and representing our partners with the professionalism their missions deserve. We hold ourselves to an elevated standard in everything we do - how we train, how we communicate, and how we show up for the communities we serve. This is an entry-level, full-time role with paid training provided from day one. No prior experience is required - we are looking for character, professionalism, and drive. Your Responsibilities Represent nonprofit partner organizations at live events, community pop-ups, and local activations across the Charlotte metro area Engage members of the public in confident, professional conversations about each partner's mission and programs Communicate nonprofit initiatives clearly and effectively to diverse community audiences Address questions and feedback from the public with poise and a positive attitude Assist with event setup, day-of execution, and post-event reporting and documentation Work toward daily outreach benchmarks alongside your team Travel locally to scheduled event locations across Charlotte What We Are Looking For Professional demeanor and strong verbal communication skills Comfortable and confident engaging with the public in an in-person setting Reliable, punctual, and receptive to coaching and direction A team-oriented mindset with the initiative to go above and beyond Genuine interest in community engagement or nonprofit work Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules No prior experience required — paid training is provided What We Offer Weekly base pay plus opportunity for performance bonuses based on individual and team results Fully paid, hands-on training beginning on your first day Consistent full-time schedule Professional development in public speaking, event execution, and community relations A culture that holds a high standard and gives you the tools to meet it Opportunities to grow within the organization for those who demonstrate commitment and excellence Position Details W-2 full-time employment - employee, not independent contractor In-person role based in Charlotte, NC Local travel to event locations required Occasional evenings and weekends for scheduled events Not a remote or hybrid position Ready to elevate your career? .
