Uncapped Bonus Opportunities Expected Earnings:

Company Laptop, Company Phone/Stipend, Professional Development Opportunities About Poppin Jobs Poppin Jobs is an innovative youth employment platform connecting students ages 16-24 with local jobs, internships, volunteer opportunities, and career experiences. We partner with schools, school districts, local businesses, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, and workforce development organizations to create pathways to success for young people. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to help expand our network of school and employer partners while making a meaningful impact in local communities. Position Summary The Youth Opportunity & Community Partnership Representative is responsible for developing partnerships with school districts, high schools, local businesses, chambers of commerce, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders. This role combines sales, workforce development, community outreach, and relationship management to grow the Poppin Jobs platform and create opportunities for students. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with school leadership, including superintendents and district administrators, while also building relationships with local employers and community organizations. Key Responsibilities School & District Partnership Development Develop and maintain relationships with: District Superintendents Assistant Superintendents Career & Technical Education (CTE) Directors Workforce Development Coordinators School Board Members Principals and Guidance Departments Schedule and conduct meetings with district leadership teams. Present Poppin Jobs as a workforce readiness, career exploration, and student success platform. Demonstrate platform benefits and student outcomes. Secure school and district partnership agreements. Coordinate district-wide implementation and onboarding efforts. Community & Employer Development Build relationships with local businesses and employers. Recruit businesses to post jobs, internships, and volunteer opportunities.
Partner with:
Chambers of Commerce Better Business Bureau (BBB) organizations Nonprofit organizations Workforce development groups Attend community events, networking functions, and workforce development meetings. Generate new employer partnerships through community relationships. Opportunity Development & Job Posting Management Assist employers with creating and posting opportunities on the Poppin Jobs platform. Review postings for quality, accuracy, and youth appropriateness.
Ensure a healthy mix of:
Part-time jobs Seasonal employment Internships Volunteer opportunities Follow up with employers to maintain active listings and engagement. Student & Community Impact Help schools connect students with meaningful opportunities. Support work-based learning initiatives. Promote career readiness and workforce development programs. Collaborate with schools and employers to improve student outcomes. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activities. Track partnership development and implementation progress. Report on student engagement, employer activity, and placement outcomes. Qualifications Preferred Experience Sales, business development, community outreach, workforce development, education partnerships, or recruiting experience. Experience working with schools, nonprofits, government agencies, or community organizations is a plus. Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable speaking with executives, superintendents, business owners, and community leaders. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Organized with strong follow-up skills. Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Commission & Bonus:
To be discussed with applicants. Large territory with no cap on sales potential.
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
